Lisa Demoney is an award-winning marketing consultant with experience in eCommerce, systems integration and global growth. Her passion is helping small to midsize businesses grow and compete against big brands using effective digital channels. She has over 13 years of expertise in hospitality, having worked with boutique, lifestyle and luxury brands.

 

From 2010 – 2019, Lisa worked at Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants. In her role as Senior Director, Digital Marketing & Media she led the corporate and field teams responsible for all touchpoints across the digital guest journey. She created integrated strategies to drive top-line value through full funnel advertising campaigns, website content design and functionality, apps, search engine optimization, metasearch and the on-property digital guest experience. Working closely with the revenue and sales teams, Lisa and her team crafted forecast-driven promotions with an optimized channel mix for all customer segments.

 

Prior to joining Kimpton, Lisa led the online marketing team at Joie de Vivre Hospitality, where she had oversight of web, mobile, social media, and email. She has earned multiple Adrian Awards for her digital work in hospitality, including eMarketer of the Year.

 

Lisa started her digital career back in the dark ages before Google AdWords, when cell phones didn’t have cameras, people booked flights via human travel agents and found their way using accordion-fold maps printed on paper. She spent six happy years working in the valley and watching technology evolve at Hitachi Data Systems, where she took the web presence global to 17 countries.
